All submitted assets have to be first converted to cash. Credit lines against the enclosed list of assets may be arranged if all required documentation and procedures are followed exactly. Assets are listed in terms of current interest and priority. Letter of Intent (LOI) and complete documentation (clean un-sanitized copies) of assets is required. The burden of proof is on the owner. Non-exclusive submissions, transactions with incomplete/altered documents and/or deals being shopped will be rejected.
Required documentation includes exclusive LOI with full permission to verify Affidavit of Ownership and clear chain of title. Proof of Funds (POF) would include two color copies of the Gold Certificate, corresponding bank Safekeeping, Warehouse Receipts, and supporting documentation. Key Tested Telex (KTT) bank confirmation of the gold is required. There is no maximum amount of gold that would be accepted into a program at one time. Gold from the Philippines will not be accepted.
Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, etc. USD Denominated preferred. POF would include two un-sanitized color (if applicable) copies of the instrument, safekeeping receipts, affidavit of ownership, plus all corresponding bank documentation and legally responsible LOI.
The Trader will only deal with the owners (i.e. no leased assets please!) of T-Bills, T-Bonds, blue chip stocks and bonds, etc. LOI should have CUSIP security registration numbers, issue date, maturity date, affidavit of ownership and preferably a bank or securities firm statement of current market value.
Examples include Peruvian Certificates of Indebtedness, German Gold Bonds, Railroad bonds such as Chicago Saginaw, etc. Provide two Certified True color original copies of the instruments (or series), serial numbers, coupons, etc. Also require affidavit of ownership, bank safekeeping receipt and reports of authenticity.
Cash in the Bank in amounts equivalent to $1,000,000 to $500,000,000 USD and above. The depository bank in the letter format required must issue proof of Funds ("POF") - no bank to bank proof of funds is allowed. If the Proof of Funds is not included, it is an automatic rejection.
Obligations from the G-7 countries are definitely acceptable. Verifiable U.S. federal and state debt is also acceptable. Inquire about other governments and types of obligations.
These instruments should be preferably wrapped (guaranteed) by Western banks. As a minimum, they should be conformable by a top 100 Western/European correspondent bank.
Gold ore and gold concentrate must come with an insurance guarantee (AA+) and assays. Applicant must provide LOI, bank safekeeping receipt, bonded warehouse receipts, insurance coverage etc.
Only unencumbered property such as raw land, commercial buildings, timber holdings, and gold mines, mineral deposits etc. with a clear title can be utilized. Please, no leased property. Value should be $1,000,000 to $500,000,000+ or more in the United States; $20 Million plus outside of the United States. All properties will require current appraisals performed by recognized experts. Mining properties will require comprehensive geological reports by recognized experts.
Gem-stones must have an affidavit of ownership and clear title, gemological laboratory certification, bank safekeeping receipt and current market appraisal. Minimum acceptable value is $1,0000.000.

Oil and gas reserves will require comprehensive geological report giving the size and value of the proven oil and gas reserves.
