Palco Wood & Paper Company's Lumber Transportation Division

Upon receipt of €1,276,000,000.00 financing from British Petro, the new Palco Wood & Paper Company Limited being a Kalimantan based coastal integrated forest products company, will engage in timber harvesting, sawmilling, value-added lumber remanufacturing and production of dissolving sulphite and Kraft pulp.

Palco Wood & Paper Company Limited will have an annual allowable cut of approximately 87.2 million cubic meters. Palco Wood & Paper Company Limited manufacturing plants will consist of one hundred sawmills with a combined annual capacity of 87.8 billion board feet, twenty pulp mills with combined annual production capacity of 900,000 tonnes of NBSK pulp and 750,000 tonnes of dissolving sulphite pulp, ten log merchandising plant, and a value-added lumber remanufacturing plant with an annual drying and production capacity of approximately965 million board feet.
