The minimum guarantee for a loan is US$3,000,000 up to NO LIMIT. There are many benefits associated with utilizing Lloyd's Funds Credit Enhancement Program to collateralize a loan. Credit Enhancements can be obtained at minimal expense to the client/borrower, as opposed to traditional banking venues. |

Utilization of Lloyd's Funds Credit Enhancement Program can prevent the over-commitment of corporate assets in some cases.
Those clients who are capable of obtaining a Financial Guarantee Bond issued by a A, AA or AAA rated carrier, Top 100 World Bank Standby Letter of Credit or Top 20 World Bank - Bank Guarantee independently may qualify your project for the Corporate Funding Track. A limited number of Credit Enhancements may be provided by an Investor on behalf of the client/borrower. Final determination is at the Investor's discretion, and is based upon both client and project credit worthiness. Therefore, only the most qualified applicants will be considered for Investor Sponsored Enhancement Placement. |

There are currently three financial guarantee formats available though various programs offered by Companies
Lloyd's Funds Credit Enhancement Division has contracts or agreements with.
The first guarantee format is a Standard Guarantee and is issued directly by Lloyd's Funds, affiliated insurance companies. It is normally used for projects that require a financial guarantee of less than US$50 Million. All of Lloyd's Funds affiliated insurance companies products, including their financial products, are re-insured by "AAA" and "AA" Standard and Poor's rated re-insurers. These re-insurance treaties include, "whole account" annual aggregate "Stop Loss" and "Excess of Loss" coverage. The second guarantee format is the Standard Guarantee, Specifically Enhanced. This identical to the Standard Guarantee with the exception that we will request specific support to be issued to enhance Lloyd's Funds affiliated insurance companies policy. This support, which takes various forms, is from either a world recognized bank and/or rated insurer and names Lloyd's Funds affiliated insurance companies and the Obligee/lender and specifically names the Obligee/lender as beneficiary/loss payee. The financial products and insurance are remained by re-insurance companies Standard and Poor's has rated 'W' or better. The third guarantee format is a Direct Insurer Issued Guarantee. This Guarantee is issued directly by a rated financial entity and is used for projects where a "rate" instrument is required. It is also used for most projects over US$50 Million. Lloyd's Funds Credit Enhancement Division after completing its normal project review process, including presentation to its Review Committee, prepares materials for approved projects and forwards that material to our insurers, re-insurers and/or banks. Lloyd's Funds then works to arrange the Guarantee and monitor the client's project during the period of guarantee. In certain cases where a different form of credit enhancement is needed or required, we are prepared to provide various other financial instruments, such as a standby forward commitment to purchase, or a standby loan. These are financial instruments issued to a builder or developer for the purchase or finding of a project at a stated future date when construction or remodeling is completed. Thus, an interim lender is assured of payment. |

Interest Rates:
Interest rates vary per project, investor and risk assessment. They can be as low as 5.5% or US Prime plus 1%. Loans can be straight debt or a combination of debt and equity. Lender equity positions may approach 15% for high risk projects or complete startups.
Lloyd's Funds can quickly access his world-wide agents for buy or sell of diamonds, precious gems, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, group metals and world currencies. There is NO UPPER LIMIT per transaction. Buyers will do an immediate bank to bank transfer of funds upon acceptance of documentation.
